Residential Air Conditioners
Question:1.Air conditioner does not start?
Answer:

a) Make sure the air conditioner's plug is pushed completely into the outlet and is switched on
b) Check the fuse or circuit breaker box. Replace them if they are blown or tripped
c) Wait for 3 minutes before restarting the air conditioner
d) When the power supply is disconnected due to power failure, switch off and unplug the power cord. When power supply is restored, wait for 3 minutes before restarting the air conditioner
e) Adjust the temperature to the lowest level
f) Check if the battery in the remote control is used up
g) Check if the preset time on timer hasn't reached yet

Question:2.Air conditioner turns on and off rapidly?
Answer:

a) Turn selector to higher COOL position
b) Clean the air filter

Question:3.Air conditioner doest not cool as it should?
Answer:

a) Adjust to COOL mode (For COOL mode, the room temperature should not be lower than 18)
b) Turn selector to higher COOL position
c) Make sure all the doors and windows are closed
d) Make sure there is no obstruction in front of the air inlet / outlet of the indoor and outdoor unit
e) Position louvers for better air distribution
f) Set the vent to the closed position
g) Clean the air filter

Question:4.Air conditioner makes loud noises during operation?
Answer:

a) Adjust to low FAN mode
b) Clean the air filter
c) Contact the technicians for professional assistance

Question:5.How frequent should I add refrigerant?
Answer:

In case of insufficient or leakage of refrigerant, it is needed to add refrigerant. So it is unnecessary to change or add refrigerant regularly.

Portable Air Conditioners
Question:1.Portable air conditioner does not start?
Answer:

a) Drain the water away from the bottom tray if 'P1' appears in the display window that the bottom tray is full
b) Reset the temperature (For COOL mode, the set temperature should be lower than room temperature)

Question:2.Portable air conditioner vibrates or makes loud noises during operation?
Answer:

Place the portable air conditioner on a flat ground if possible.

Question:3.Gurgling sound comes from the portable air conditioner during operation?
Answer:

It is normal, the sound comes from the flowing of the refrigerant inside the portable air conditioner.

Dehumidifier
Question:1.Dehumidifier does not start?
Answer:

a) Make sure the plug of the dehumidifier is pushed completely into the outlet and is switched on
b) Check the fuse or circuit breaker box
c) Check if the dehumidifier has already reached its preset humidity level
d) Check if the water bucket is full or put in a proper position

Question:2.Dehumidifier does not operate properly?
Answer:

a) Make sure the room temperature is higher than 5
b) Make sure all the doors and windows are closed

c) Make sure there is no curtain or furniture blocking the front or back of the dehumidifier
d) Make sure there are no kerosene heaters or other liquit evaporating equipment in the room
e) Adjust to lower humidity level

Question:3.Dehumidifier makes loud noises during operation?
Answer:

a) Check if the dehumidifier is tilted
b) Check if the dehumidifier is placed on the flat surface
c) Clean the air filter

Question:4.Frost appears on the coils?
Answer:

This is normal. The dehumidifier has Auto Defrost function.

Question:5.Water drips from the dehumidifier during operation?
Answer:

a) Check if the hose connection is loose
b) If a bucket is used, check if the rubber plug at the drain outlet is removed
