a) Make sure the air conditioner's plug is pushed completely into the outlet and is switched on
b) Check the fuse or circuit breaker box. Replace them if they are blown or tripped
c) Wait for 3 minutes before restarting the air conditioner
d) When the power supply is disconnected due to power failure, switch off and unplug the power cord. When power supply is restored, wait for 3 minutes before restarting the air conditioner
e) Adjust the temperature to the lowest level
f) Check if the battery in the remote control is used up
g) Check if the preset time on timer hasn't reached yet

a) Turn selector to higher COOL position
b) Clean the air filter

a) Adjust to COOL mode (For COOL mode, the room temperature should not be lower than 18℃)
b) Turn selector to higher COOL position
c) Make sure all the doors and windows are closed
d) Make sure there is no obstruction in front of the air inlet / outlet of the indoor and outdoor unit
e) Position louvers for better air distribution
f) Set the vent to the closed position
g) Clean the air filter

Please contact maintenance service for further checking.

a) Drain the water away from the bottom tray if 'P1' appears in the display window that the bottom tray is full
b) Reset the temperature (For COOL mode, the set temperature should be lower than room temperature)

a) Make sure the plug of the dehumidifier is pushed completely into the outlet and is switched on
b) Check the fuse or circuit breaker box
c) Check if the dehumidifier has already reached its preset humidity level
d) Check if the water bucket is full or put in a proper position
